Starting prayer without waiting for official imaam

Part of woman's arm uncovered in prayer
Assalaamu alaykum. I have two queries:
1. My prayer gown has men's shirt-like sleeves with buttons to fasten at the wrist and a slight opening above the buttons. Different manners of praying Witr and reciting Qunoot

Pretending to pray without ablution to keep makeup
A woman who prays five times a day since many years once went to an Iftaar (breaking the fast) party at school. There were mostly girls there, but there were also some male professors. Sunnah prayer when combining prayers
Assalaamu alaykum wa rahmatullaahi wa barakaatuhu, Shaykhs. Doubting validity of combined prayers

Combining prayers without traveling
Assalaamu alaykum. I know that we are not allowed to join prayers without travelling unless there is a need and if it is not done as a habit. Even so, I have heard that we must do it in a congregation and in a mosque unless we are travelling. Otherwise, it is not allowed. Raising head from prostration because of crawling insect

Praying in state of impurity strictly forbidden for one who can avoid it

I suffer from urinary retention of the temporary type, meaning that after the call of nature, urine keeps coming out (in small amounts) for about one hour, and it then stops completely.
