Making up missed prayers in Hanbali school
I just have two clarifications with reference to fatwa no. 334915:

Missing congregational prayer to stand guard

Sitting for the last Tashahhud without reciting it
Assalaamu alaykum. Is it true that according to the Hanafi fiqh, if one sits in the final Rak‘ah of the prayer for a duration in which Tashahhud can be recited, his prayer is valid even if he does not recite it? I have Waswasah(obsessive whisperings) regarding the pronunciation of the Tashahhud. Can I follow this opinion till I get rid of this Waswasah?

Where to look when praying while sitting

Slight movement in prayer is pardoned
If I pray normally and shake or quiver while bowing or in another pillar of the prayer but wait, let us say 2-3 seconds, is my prayer okay? I ask because it is difficult to stop all movement in the pillars of the prayer. And what if someone would swing during the whole pillar of the prayer whilst standing?

Praying in clothes stained with roadside drain water
Assalaamu alaykum. In our country, roadside drain water usually comes from kitchens and bathrooms. Sometimes people also urinate in the drain. Inability to say Takbeerat-ul-Ihraam in prayer

Changing intention to stop following imaam in prayer
