I just have two clarifications with reference to fatwa no. 334915:
a) You mentioned the Hanbali view with regards to Qadaa’(making up for missed) prayers, though I was under the impression that the Hanbalis viewed the one who misses prayers intentionally (even if out of laziness) as a disbeliever. Is the Mu‘tamid (relied upon) opinion within.. More
When should I say Takbeer (saying: "Allahu Akbar") while getting up after an odd Rak‘ah (unit of prayer) for the next Rak‘ah? Should I say it before Jalsatul-Istiraahah or after it?

Assalaamu alaykum. Oftentimes, guards/policeman stand and supervise while the congregation is praying the obligatory prayer. Once the prayer has ended, they pray by themselves. Is that ok?

I am resending my question about the prayer. I was with co-workers in an office. A few of these co-workers came from another place that is like over an hour away. We were praying as a congregation for the Thur, but one of those co-workers who lives a bit far was leading the prayer. I thought that we were going to pray 4 units of prayer, but we only.. More
Assalaamu alaykum. Is it true that according to the Hanafi fiqh, if one sits in the final Rak‘ah of the prayer for a duration in which Tashahhud can be recited, his prayer is valid even if he does not recite it? I have Waswasah(obsessive whisperings) regarding the pronunciation of the Tashahhud. Can I follow this opinion till I get rid of this Waswasah?

Assalaamu alaykum wa rahmatullaahi wa barakaatuh, respectedShaykhs. Where should I look in prayer when I pray sitting and when I pray mixed (standing and sitting in the same prayer, depending on the degree of pain/weakness)? Should I look at my lap, as that is what is in front of me when I prostrate while sitting on a chair? I do that because I read.. More

If I pray normally and shake or quiver while bowing or in another pillar of the prayer but wait, let us say 2-3 seconds, is my prayer okay? I ask because it is difficult to stop all movement in the pillars of the prayer. And what if someone would swing during the whole pillar of the prayer whilst standing?

Assalaamu alaykum wa rahmatullaahi wa barakaatuhu. I suffer from anxiety which is so bad that everytime I want to pray the obligatory prayer, I get so anxious that I cannot say the Takbeerat-ul-Ihraam (saying Allaahu Akbar to start the prayer)because my breath is cut off. Sometimes I need one hour for one prayer. I know that Waswasah (obsessive whispers).. More
Assalaamu alaykum. Suppose that I join the imam during the Maghrib prayer. Then when the imam starts reciting, I notice that he is making a major mistake, even in Surat Al-Faatihah. So I change my intention to pray by myself without following him, and I willingly bow and prostrate at the same time at which he does so in order that other people do not.. More

I started two prayers while sitting out of forgetfullness; do I need to repeat them? May.. More
Salam. Please do not refer to other answers and reply soon. I am going through a severe emotional trauma.
